Environmental toxin exposure rarely happens in isolation. Our new Editor's Choice study in Toxics analysed urine samples from 551 patients and uncovered three consistent "clusters" of co-occurring toxicants, from industrial solvents to pesticide residues to a petrol additive linked with cellular stress markers.
