Breakspear Medical Group has treated over 14,000 patients since 1982.

We have nearing 60 staff members including fully qualified doctors, nurses, accountants, laboratory technicians, physical therapist, nutritional consultant and administrative staff.

Breakspear Hospital has a Manufacturing ‘Specials’ Licence through the Medicines Control Agency for the manufacture of our allergy vaccines in our Antigen Laboratory. In order to qualify for this licence, our manufacturing procedures and laboratory must conform to the MCA regulations for sterility and laboratory control.

Our Pathology department offers a variety of tests including urine and stool analysis, cervical health screening, and various blood tests including the test for measles, rubella and mumps immunity.  Breakspear Pathology now offers all the laboratory tests that Breakspear Hospital uses to patients, all registered practitioners and their patients.  The tests are performed at the same reputable laboratories that we have been using for years, with the advantage of low distributor pricing. Our Pharmacy provides products and services to practitioners. Products available include vitamins, minerals, various supplements, and hypoallergenic cleaners and toiletries.

We have also recently formed an ASD Team. Each member has a special area of interest and unique set of skills to help the many different needs of all ASD patients. We all have been extremely fortunate to have been able to recruit two new specialist doctors to our clinical team and we have arranged their future schedules to provide a comprehensive and full-time biomedical (DAN!) service in order to ensure that someone from our ASD Team is available at all times.

We have our own on-staff nutrition consultant to help create tailor-made diets, nutritional supplements and lifestyle changes.  In addition to offering nutritional therapy, our medical staff undertake nutritional teaching sessions for students from the University of Westminster and Raworth College and we run seminars covering a vast range of topics including eczema, asthma, anti-ageing, hormones, diet and autism. As well, we undertake independent medical research projects.
